Following our initial class exercises on portraiture, I continued working on interpretations of Karl Schmidt-Rottluff’s powerful woodcut prints. The above is inspired by Head of a Woman, No 2. In fact, I liked working from that image so much that I think I’ll continue doing so eventually.
